It's our firm belief that cheese improves most things! So we thought The Cheese Shed could draw on its fabulous experience to put together a beautiful cheese-based spread for get togethers of 10, 15, 20 or 25 people.
One of these selections goes beyond 'the usual suspects' to include interesting and unusual cheeses that will excite your friends and show that you've gone the extra mile on the cheese front. Plus, in addition to the usual crackers and chutneys, the box contains pate, olives and charcuterie as well.
This box contains 2.25kg cheese and would suit a meeting of 15-20: for more details of the contents, see the 'about' tab below.

Plus: crackers. Stag's Water Biscuits were a revelation when we first encoutered them, and we'll be sending one of several flavoured versions. Plain Bath Olivers are an English classic, and Peter's Yard's crispbread adds a Scandinavian touch. Rick Stein's oat biscuits and a packet of floury Oval Alberts complete a varied line-up.

We use two excellent makers of preserves, pickles and chutneys with whom we have worked closely over a number of years - Clare's Preserves and Hillside Speciality Foods. We'll ensure you receive two nicely contrasting ones from their respective ranges, along with a small set preserve, also from Hillside.
