Opinel No.7 Pocket Knife
An ideal addition to a hamper containing cheese or charcuterie, enabling the recipient to cut and eat their gift straight away. This beautifully-made and designed knife has a varnished beech handle and a simple, unique locking mechanism.
Opinel's classic knife is made in the French region of Savoy, and the firm has a story that goes way back into the nineteenth century.
The no.7 has an 8cm blade and we're selling the carbon steel version as opposed to stainless. Carbon steel takes a better edge but may need sharpening a little more often. It may also discolour a little.
