Pete Humphries, of White Lake Cheese in Somerset, is a maker we're always interested in. So when this mini ewe's milk pyramid appeared it was something we needed to stock. The deliciously soft cheese has been dusted with wood ash, developing a mottled grey-white appearance as it matures and the mould grows through. Each one weighs around 200g.

Unpasteurised, vegetarian.
