The Big Softy

The ultimate cheese selection for those who insist on the soft stuff. Helford White is a pink rinded, gooey marvel hailing from The Lizard and packing a bit of a whiff. Tor is a pyramid shaped goat's cheese dusted with wood ash, and Rosary is a subtle, fresh goat's cheese made near Salisbury. We'll also include one of the exclusive fresh cheeses made just for us - either Parke, Pepperdon or Drogo. They're made locally with unpasteurised Jersey milk and flavoured with either herbs, pepper or fennel pollen.

The five-cheese version adds 250g of Sharpham's cream-enriched, Jersey milk Elmhirst - you won't find a more exciting representative of the 'brie' family...

... to sum up: soft they may be, but boring they are not.

Weight - about 700g for four cheeses, about 900g for five.
