Pepperdon etc
Exclusive to The Cheese Shed, these are all based on a gorgeous super-creamy fresh cheese made for us by Sharpham. It comes to us 'plain' (see here) but we offer it in various flavoured versions:
Pepperdon | With crushed black and green peppercorns (right hand side of the photo).
Alepperdon | With Aleppo pepper (a mild bright red chilli flake from Turkey).
Zaki | With za'atar, the iconic Palestinian spice mix. The word zaki means delicious in Palestinian Arabic; this cheese is at the bottom of the photo. Note: contains sesame, wheat and peanuts.
Drogo | With fennel pollen (left hand side of the photo).
Shaptor | With parsley, blue poppy seeds, lemon zest & sumac (pictured separately - the multi-coloured one!).
