Cotswold Blue


The Weaver family has been farming in the Cotswolds for three generations, and in the south west since before 1570. They are very proud to be organic farmers, and set a lot of store by the welfare of their herd. This cheese is distinguished from all our other bries by being blue... with veins of blue mould (the same type you would find in a Roquefort) running through the middle. Each square is around 300g.

Organic, pasteurised, vegetarian.
