Made by Pete Humphries of Whitelake Cheese, this is a particularly special washed rind cheese which brings together the extra-creaminess of milk from Guernsey cows with Somerset Cider Brandy - used to wash the rind as the cheese matures. Wow!

Pasteurised, vegetarian.
