Pelagonia is an award-winning Macedonian food range based on the very best traditional recipes from that country - incuding vegetable jams like this one. The jam is designed to work well with cheese or as a relish, made from 70% beetroot with a hint of lemon and ginger.
The company's produce is grown and produced in the Pelagonia valley, in south-west Macedonia - behind these products are many families and small holdings working as a cooperative.
