Pelagonia roasted vegetable range
Pelagonia are an amazing outfit based in (North) Macedonia - or former Yugoslavia. They make a great range of roasted vegetables suitable for use in picnics, or as part of a mezze - or in numerous other ways.
Left to right, in the main photo, we're now offering Cherry Peppers with Ricotta (280g), Smoky Roasted Aubergine (300g), Roasted Red Peppers (370g), Chargrilled Courgettes (330g) and Sweet & Piquant Cherry Peppers (280g).
A lovely taste of the Mediterranean to go with your cheese!
Note that the first and last are whole mini peppers, the ones in the middle (tall jars) come in the form of slices.
