Duck Rillette with Cranberries & Grand Marnier
Made by Cornish Charcuterie in north Cornwall, this delicious rillette uses locally reared duck which is slow-poached in it’s own fat then shredded, seasoned and studded with cranberries which have been soaked in Grand Marnier. A lovely way to add variety to a cheese selection, perhaps with some olives and charcuterie too?
Supplied in its own mini kilner jar.
Ingedients: duck, duck fat, cranberries, Grand marnier, Cornish sea salt and five spice.
