Trendlebere
Exclusive to The Cheese Shed, Trendlebere is a beautiful smoked, and quite soft, goats' cheese, made as a very neat whole cheese of about 350g.
It's mild and has a beautiful light springy texture. The smoking is gentle too, and the combination of the two feels just right
Made by Rachel and Richard of Curworthy Cheese at their dairy based just north of Dartmoor.
Vegetarian, pasteurised.
