Stone Tree Dairy is based just outside Dartmouth, in Devon, and run by Martin & Helen Boyd. Their 150 goats have a fine life on the hills surrounding the farm and are very well looked-after! Salty is their Devon version of a firm Greek salad cheese.

Unpasteurised, vegetarian.
