Dimpsy
Dimpsy is Stone Tree Dairy's ultra-soft white-rinded goats' cheese. Soft, creamy and delicious. This is the sort of thing that the French mean when they talk about chèvre - and which you will find all over France. Ours, though, is made by Helen & Martin Boyd in Devon.
Unpasteurised; min weight 150g but varies.
