Put simply, this is the goats' milk version of the fabulous Cornish Blue, aged for only about 8 weeks to produce a gentle and utterly winning cheese which was awarded Super Gold (!) at the 2024 World Cheese Awards.

Made by the Stansfield family in Upton Cross, east Cornwall.

Vegetarian, pasteurised.
