Peter's Yard Crispbreads
Peter's Yard, of Edinburgh, make these delicious crispbreads to a traditional Swedish recipe: they combine sourdough, fresh milk, rye flour, whole wheat flour and honey to create irresistibly crispy and wobbly crispbreads. The Cheese Shed is happy to confirm that they work beautifully with cheese!
These new square versions are the first to depart from the basic Peter's Yard recipe by adding extra flavours. Choose from:
- seeded wholegrain (105g)
- spelt & fig (100g)
- pink peppercorn (90g - not pictured)
