David Jowett fell in love with the Reblochon style of cheese whilst learning to make cheese in France, and it inspired Rollright - the first cheese he made once he started his own dairy in the Cotswolds in 2015. This soft washed rind cheese is enclosed in a band of spruce bark. A mellow, gooey dream of a thing, we are making it available as a 250g whole cheese.
