Two Rare Birds
Here the focus is on two special cheeses. Bovey Straight is exclusive to us. Aged for ten months, half of those in our own maturing room, it's a crumbly, dry cheese with a huge flavour that our customers love. By contrast, Ogleshield is gentle, springy and supple in texture and with more an a hint of the alpine about it. Nicely different, they set each other off well. One of them can only be bought from us and the other still qualifies as a rare bird.
Biscuits by Rick Stein and chutney from Otter Vale are included to make this a nice complete little gift
