I was talking to my nephew and he said how much they were enjoying the cheeses they receive. I was a bit concerned that you would not have sufficient vegetarian cheeses to give them variety but he said they have all been amazing. When there is a delivery they all get really excited and can’t wait to open up and see what they have this month. They are thoroughly enjoying all of them, but apparently they don’t last long enough!
It has been a very successful Christmas present, I don’t know how I am going to top that next Christmas!

Just had to write and say thanks for the great hamper! Our friend was 60 this week so, as we could not have the planned bash, we ordered him this cheese and wine splurge. We dropped it off on Tuesday (received exactly on time thanks) and he was absolutely thrilled. Our phones keep pinging as every time he tries another cheese he texts to sing its praises!
We are so pleased we found your site - you have such obvious enthusiasm and knowledge about the products. We loved the cheese selections - never knew so many wonderful British cheeses are out there - but were especially impressed that we could pick and mix the cheeses and accompaniments to create a bespoke box; being able to choose the wines was a huge plus, as other companies we looked at afforded no choice, get what you're given. Approved of the wine list too!

The Warhorse cider took me back the best part of 50 years. I can remember staying in Silverton, north of Exeter and going into the pub there and asking for cider. I was given a mug and told to fill it from the barrel in the fireplace and if I refilled just to leave 1 shilling on the bar - with the advice (wise in the event!) not to have more than 3 or 4!
It also reminded me of the scrumpy my brother and I used to buy from a shop in Combe Martin where we holidayed every year.

Hello, with Covid-19 dictating our lives we have looked elsewhere to treats and indulgences. I received my cheese bang on time yesterday. We had the Cornish Camembert for supper with home baked baguette (will finish it tonight), and it made me smile. Truly beautiful. It feels like a feast, a treat, a balm and a connection to good times. Where I live can feel like a food desert, and today, I should have been in London on an annual foodie trip with a friend. So having gorgeous food arrive at my door is so special. Keep going, you are all doing a fabulous job.

Apologies for the delay in sending this thank you, for sending out more cheese biscuits - (with 'Oval Alberts' on the box). They arrived Saturday morning before 12am. You certainly went above and beyond in customer service, and changed a disappointed customer into a now very impressed customer.

When I received your email with the free delivery offer I thought I would treat myself to a selection. I was very impressed with the delivery, presentation box and written information. I have already eaten the Quicke’s Vintage and the Quicke’s Ewe’s Milk. They are some of the best cheeses I have ever eaten and I’m sure the other three will not disappoint. I usually only buy supermarket mass produced cheese … I am rarely one for giving written feedback. It’s great to be able to order smaller weights at very reasonable prices. You source great cheese and I will definitely be buying from you again. Maybe some blues next time…….

I looked at so many cheesecakes but nowhere had what we were looking for. We had some evening food so the cheese was just additional nibbles as the party went on until 2am. I wanted to keep it simple with a cheddar, a brie and a stilton and you were the only place I could find where I could choose exactly what we wanted. Your cheese cake builder is a fantastic idea because I had no idea how much cheese we would need! I admit that the order was rather last minute because I had resorted to just going to a market to buy what I wanted but, lucky for us I found your company! I thought the delivery charge was very reasonable and it was great that you could get it to our venue before 1pm. Our venue was a pub so they had requested we get the delivery to them before the lunchtime rush! Finally, the cheese itself was delicious, we had lots of compliments and it went very well with my mum's pickled onions and my sister's chilli jam. All in all we were very happy and I'm looking forward to ordering from you again, this time on a bit of a smaller scale though!

I'm just belatedly writing to thank you for the brilliant cheese tower assembled for our wedding on 25 April. It's now June, and I bought the first replacement batch of cheese last week - inevitably it was really disappointing!
As you possibly know, we had to order a replacement Godminster heart - but it was simply fantastic - we were delighted! There was also a single tier fruit cake, but the cheese tower was an absolute wow! It became a social, as guests gathered round and discussed their favourites - although I wasn't party to this - have just heard this from others. It was all simply stupendous! Thank you so much.

We would just like to convey our sincere thanks for the superb wedding cake you provided for our daughter's wedding on March 7th. We had Bryher, it looked and tasted wonderful. It proved very popular with our guests and went down very well with a couple of glasses of port at the end of the meal. The mail order service your company provides is second to none, it's not very often you stumble upon this level of customer service.
We really enjoyed the build a cake option, it was very helpful and informative. Allowing us to see colour, sizes and the number of people it would cater for. We tried many variations before my daughter settled on her final design and found the cheese taster box well worth ordering.
The cheese arrived as ordered on the 23rd December, very well packaged and all with good dates as requested as the wedding was not for another week
The cake was such a culinary delight and so eye catching. It was set up to be on display at the beginning of the reception so people could admire it whilst having a welcome drink. Needless to say everyone was amazed by it and couldn't wait to tuck in to the variety of cheeses later in the evening once it had been cut. The Stilton was the best we have ever tasted and the Keltic gold and Garlic Yarg so different and yet so palatable. I cannot thank you enough and will definitely recommend you to anyone looking for this type of cake or even cheese for a special occasion.
I am sure my daughter and husband will always remember their wedding cake.

Firstly thanks for the fantastic selection of cheese, every cheese was adopted by a dinner guest as a favourite. I would have to say that the Organic Cheddar came out on top followed closely by the Blue Vinnie. Interestingly my 5 year daughter absolutely loved the Blue Vinny. The wedding cake designer tool that you have on your website was fantastic in helping us to design the perfect cake for us and as we are vegetarians you were also able to advise and guide us towards choosing the right cheeses for us. I just wanted to get in touch to say an enormous thank you! The cheese tower was a huge hit!! Not only was it a talking point (for those who hadn't seen an alternative wedding cake), but all the cheeses were delicious. We were so happy with the selection, which provided a neat little tower and a lovely range of tastes and textures. The cheese was delivered exactly as and when promised and was well packaged. Just to let you know, the cheese arrived in very good time and looked almightily tasty when it was arranged for the evening do of our wedding. Sadly the Godminster heart vanished in seconds (way before I was able to get back from the bar anyway!) but the other truckles were also highly appreciated by the guests. I think the second favourite was the wild garlic covered yarg and the smoked woolsery which also disappeared pretty quickly. I’ve still got a bit of the double Gloucester left which no one else is allowed to touch! Needless to say, our guests absolutely loved it and, along with the meat pies and scotch eggs we served with it, it garnered some of the highest praise of the night – almost as much as my dress! Thanks for all your help and your efficiency which, in the stressful final stages of the lead up to the wedding, was much appreciated!

FANTASTIC VIDEO, even more fantastic is the cheese they sell. Always arrives well packed in a hay filled box with cooler strips to keep the cheese in perfect condition. I? take out one piece at a time, leave it alone to reach room temperature, as long as you can resist.... then dive in. Each and everyone I have tried so far, has been delicious.

The cheeses arrived early on Thursday and all was good. I have attached a picture of the cheeses, along with my Mum’s cake, decorated by the best man and my brother in law (they have hidden talents it seems!)

Had to drop you a few lines to say that the cheese we ordered from you was fantastic and went down very well.
It arrived perfectly on time, packed and chilled well. When assembled and decorated it looked wonderful and made a great centre piece for the food table at our sons wedding party (pig roast in a barn) It was important that we had all west country food and as locally scourced as possible and the cheesecake fitted the bill perfectly. It was enjoyed by everyone and was also the right amount for 75 guests with the right amount left for picking at the next day. The details of each cheese that you enclosed was useful and we made some flag labels to put on each cheese, ever thought of enclosing some labels with your logo on? we had alot of people ask where we had got the cheese from.
Many thanks again for great cheese and great service, will certainly use you again for cheesey gifts and for any occasion that could use a cheesecake!

I just wanted to say thank you so much for the cheese cake, it was absolutely amazing. We had so many comments and compliments and "what a brilliant idea", and most of the cheese vanished quite swiftly! The only problem was that as we had to talk to so many people, we only got one mouthful of brie each (and a bit of cheddar that was the only thing left over, which is very very good), so we are thinking about buying ourselves one of your selection boxes so that we actually get to taste them all! Having the selection of different ones work very well, as everyone commented that they didn't like one but did like another and hadn't tried something (usually one of the goat's) before, so they got to try it - everyone from the two-year old to the 93-year-old had a good selection. I don't think the cheese table was ever quiet through the whole afternoon, although the tea table did put up a good fight.
So - thank you so much for the amazing cheese, and it is an absolutely brilliant thing to have at a wedding! We did have people asking when we'd got it from and I tried to recommend the site to anyone that asked, so I hope you get some more orders coming through from the Wiltshire/London areas.

Maybe Cheesy but definitely sincere ... A great big THANK YOU for our Heart shaped Godminster Vintage Organic Cheddar I only ordered it a week before my Daughter's wedding on the 17th June. It arrived, beautifully packed, within 24hrs ... and sat in pride of place on top of our cheese 'cake' at the wedding reception ... admired by all, and enjoyed by a few (the few who got in first with the knife!).

We are the delighted recipients of a Christmas gift of cheese from our sons. We were very excited with the first delivery last Thursday and have already made a good start with tasting and sharing. We started off with Alderwood and really enjoyed the subtle flavour. The soft goat flavour of Gunstone is very palatable and more-ish. Blue Vinney well what can we say, absolute heaven. We have yet to try the other two when some friends come round this week-end for lunch.

The Cotswold Brie is delicious and is already more than half gone. The Blue Vinney and the Menallack must wait their turn, but I'm sure they'll be just as excellent.
