Made by Barbara Angus near Cirencester in Gloucestershire, this soft, young cheese won the title of Supreme Champion at the British Cheese Awards in 2000. The model for this beautiful pyramid-shaped, oak ash-dusted cheese was the French 'Valencay' cheese. The pyramids are 250g.

Unpasteurised, vegetarian.
