Made by celebrated north Devon maker Rachel Stephens, this is a version of her 'Curworthy' but with a bit of fun provided by added chillies! They're local too - very local in fact - grown at the Dartmoor Chilli Farm near Ashburton. It's a lovely combination of a sweet, mellow cheese with just enough chilli to give it a little zing and tingle. Nothing too scary, promise! Pasterised, not vegetarian.
