Croft LBV Port 2011
The House of Croft has been an important player in this style of Port for many years. Unlike vintage port, which is bottled after only two years in wood, LBV is aged in wood and then blended after 6 years - it is then ready to drink. The wines used come from Croft's own vineyard, Quinta da Roeda, and other top properties in the Cima Corgo and Douro Superior areas.
Aromatic, slightly spicy bouquet with plenty of intense blackcurrant, cherry and plum aromas. Luscious, full, rich and rounded palate.
