Cornish Crew Gift Box
A spectacular 1.4kg selection featuring five top notch cheeses from Cornwall. First off is Helford Blue, the delightful semi-soft blue cheese from Treveador Dairy. Next we have Little Wheal, a small whole cheese from Whalesborough Cheese with a creamy texture and zingy flavour. Alongside these are three tried and tested favourites: Wild Garlic Yarg, Cornish Smuggler, and Miss Wenna. Full details on the 'about' tab below.
Your cheese will come wrapped in waxed cheese paper, with a note giving information about the selection, and a card if you've asked for one (we'll ask for your message during checkout).

Substantially made, they feature a magnetic 'catch' and matching ribbon. There are three different sizes - we'll choose the one that seems to be the best fit for the items in the order.
In late summer 2011 we supplied cheese to Crew Clothing for the launch of their Autumn collection. The company, born at Salcombe in Devon, had just finished shooting their next catalogue in Cornwall and asked if we could come up with a special Cornish selection which their customers might like; Cornish Crew is the result.
This new selection of five cheeses includes five unique, delicious cheeses, each of them delightful in their own way! The brilliant Sue Proudfoot (Miss Muffet, Keltic Gold) provides Little Wheal, a 300g semi-hard with a creamy texture and lively,
zingy flavour. If you like, think of it as a softer, moister version of her Cornish Crumbly. Helford Blue - from exciting newcomers Treveador Farm Dairy - is the softest blue cheese we offer: this one's a dream!
Added to that is Wild Garlic Yarg, a true modern classic, and Cornish Smuggler (replacing the original Menallack, pictured, which is no longer made). Smuggler is a great handmade cheddar with an attractive marbled colouring. Rounding off the collection is Miss Wenna, a 200g brie style cheese from the soft cheese experts at Curds & Croust.
