Park Farm is in Kelston, just outside Bath. Graham Padfield is a third-generation farmer, but the first in his family to make cheese: he started, back in 1993, with Bath Soft Cheese, and this is now the name of the company.
As they're probably the region's foremost producer of organic artisan cheese, it's great to be listing their cheeses, which include Bath Blue, Kelston Park and – naturally - Bath Soft Cheese itself.
Wyfe of Bath is a succulent, springy cheese which, according to its makers "is redolent of buttercups and meadows"! Now - titter ye not, in the words of the late, great Frankie Howerd, because there is a freshness and a lightness about this, and I can quite see what they mean!
