This fine dry style exhibits the best qualities of English wine. An elegant wine characterised by its pale lemon colour and long refreshing finish. The taste of fresh citrus fruits gives a youthful fresh sensation with good balance and length.

Pebblebed Sparkling Rose 2006
Made using the traditional method (same as champagne) from organically grown grapes in Pebblebed's Ebford Vineyard close to the Exe Estuary. The wine has spent a minimum of 15 months on lees producing a wonderful depth to this dry fruity sparkling. Perfect for that special party or occasion.
