This is a mild, soft, mould-ripened cheese from the Cranbourne Chase dairy. All their cheeses are hand made at Manor Farm, Ashmore, Dorset, and use unpasteurised milk from a neighbouring farm. Win Green comes in two sizes - 250g (illustrated) and 1kg.
