Just wanted to say Thank you. Today I received safely a gift parcel (from my daughter in Wales) for mothers day from The Cheese Shed. We have already sampled the Cornish Gouda with Honey and Clover which was totally and utterly delicious. I have never tasted it beore. The elderberry and strawberry wines were delightful and very cheering.The oat biscuits were excellent. The other two cheeses and the damson cheese will no doubt be of equal top quality. We would like to thank you for the fantastic service you provided for us regarding the Eighty Eight Cheese Tower for our wedding. As promised you emailed me regarding dispatching and delivery date and even a time scale. The whole process from ordering until delivery proved to be a stress free experience. Just to let you know, the cheese arrived in very good time and looked almightily tasty when it was arranged for the evening do of our wedding. Sadly the Godminster heart vanished in seconds (way before I was able to get back from the bar anyway!) but the other truckles were also highly appreciated by the guests. I think the second favourite was the wild garlic covered yarg and the smoked woolsery which also disappeared pretty quickly. I’ve still got a bit of the double Gloucester left which no one else is allowed to touch! Needless to say, our guests absolutely loved it and, along with the meat pies and scotch eggs we served with it, it garnered some of the highest praise of the night – almost as much as my dress! Thanks for all your help and your efficiency which, in the stressful final stages of the lead up to the wedding, was much appreciated!

The cheese cake was sensational. Everyone loved it- it looked stunning and it made a spectacular centre piece. There was plenty of cheese ( with some to bring home)and people enjoyed grazing on it throughout the evening.

I decorated it with wood anemones,violets, cowslips and bluebells from Eden's Hill as well as lemon thyme and ordinary thyme from the garden (as well as white roses and violas). FANTASTIC VIDEO, even more fantastic is the cheese they sell. Always arrives well packed in a hay filled box with cooler strips to keep the cheese in perfect condition. I? take out one piece at a time, leave it alone to reach room temperature, as long as you can resist.... then dive in. Each and everyone I have tried so far, has been delicious.

Had to drop you a few lines to say that the cheese we ordered from you was fantastic and went down very well.
It arrived perfectly on time, packed and chilled well. When assembled and decorated it looked wonderful and made a great centre piece for the food table at our sons wedding party (pig roast in a barn) It was important that we had all west country food and as locally scourced as possible and the cheesecake fitted the bill perfectly. It was enjoyed by everyone and was also the right amount for 75 guests with the right amount left for picking at the next day. The details of each cheese that you enclosed was useful and we made some flag labels to put on each cheese, ever thought of enclosing some labels with your logo on? we had alot of people ask where we had got the cheese from.
Many thanks again for great cheese and great service, will certainly use you again for cheesey gifts and for any occasion that could use a cheesecake!

I just wanted to say thank you so much for the cheese cake, it was absolutely amazing. We had so many comments and compliments and "what a brilliant idea", and most of the cheese vanished quite swiftly! The only problem was that as we had to talk to so many people, we only got one mouthful of brie each (and a bit of cheddar that was the only thing left over, which is very very good), so we are thinking about buying ourselves one of your selection boxes so that we actually get to taste them all! Having the selection of different ones work very well, as everyone commented that they didn't like one but did like another and hadn't tried something (usually one of the goat's) before, so they got to try it - everyone from the two-year old to the 93-year-old had a good selection. I don't think the cheese table was ever quiet through the whole afternoon, although the tea table did put up a good fight.
So - thank you so much for the amazing cheese, and it is an absolutely brilliant thing to have at a wedding! We did have people asking when we'd got it from and I tried to recommend the site to anyone that asked, so I hope you get some more orders coming through from the Wiltshire/London areas.

We are the delighted recipients of a Christmas gift of cheese from our sons. We were very excited with the first delivery last Thursday and have already made a good start with tasting and sharing. We started off with Alderwood and really enjoyed the subtle flavour. The soft goat flavour of Gunstone is very palatable and more-ish. Blue Vinney well what can we say, absolute heaven. We have yet to try the other two when some friends come round this week-end for lunch.

Just wanted to say thanks for such splendid cheese for our wedding cheese cake. It’s fair to say that it was a fantastic surprise, not just for Adam but for all of our guests, and was much appreciated all round; it looked amazing and the cheese was simply divine. The cheddar was out of this world, and I was delighted that we went with the blue goat’s cheese which was also delicious – all the cheeses were. We had lots left over which I’m pleased to say that we have shared far and wide with various friends and relatives across the length and breadth of the UK!

Your sumptuous box of cheeses from the Shed arrived on Wednesday 22nd with excellent timing (M&S please note) for which thank you both very much.
The Cotswold Brie is delicious and is already more than half gone. The Blue Vinney and the Menallack must wait their turn, but I'm sure they'll be just as excellent. These are whole cheeses, and the Menallack alone must weigh the best part of a kilo, so we shall not have to shop for cheese for a month at least!

Just mailing to say a belated thank you for supplying such fine cheese for our wedding which was on 30 October - it arrived in perfect condition and each cheese was extremely tasty. I thought you might like to see a picture of our 'Helford' (attached).
