Another cheese from the Menallack stable (hold on: can cheeses have a stable? Perhaps 'dairy' is what I mean). Vithen is a very fresh and mild goat's milk cheese; soft with a rich creamy, melting texture. In case you're wondering, it means 'grass' in Cornish.
