Matured for at least 6 months, Village Green has a delicious clean, fruity and full bodied flavour with a smooth, slightly crumbly texture.
Made in Trevarrion, North Cornwall by Cornish Country Larder, who also make some very good soft cheeses: Cornish Brie, Cornish Camembert and St Endellion.
