Ticklemore goat cheese is light and delicate with small holes. The taste is mild, fresh, sweet ... its a subtle goats cheese. Originally made by Robin Congdon of Ticklemore Dairy (Devon Blue, Beenleigh Blue, Harbourne Blue), this is now made by his neighbours at Sharpham, but still carries the Ticklemore name.
