Our soft cheeses are an eclectic bunch. Soft goats cheeses include Capricorn, which can be quite runny, and the very different Vulscombe. Sheeps cheese is represented by dreamy Cornish Nanterrow. We have various versions of Brie and Somerset Camembert, and also Sharphams ultra-luxurious Elmhirst, made with cream. Softest of the soft is the St Marwenne Cream Cheese - there are cow or goat versions of these wonderful marble-sized balls.
