Our soft cheeses are an eclectic bunch. Soft goats cheeses include Gevrik and Capricorn (small), White Nancy (big), and the very different Vulscombe. Sheeps cheeses are represented by dreamy Nanterrow and Lowen.
Then there's a number of variations on the theme of Brie: cream-enriched, flavoured, organic, smoked ... and some really individual, unique cheeses. A case in point? Heligan. Anyone for a mixed cows milk & sheeps' milk cheese flavoured with lemon zest?
