Here's a first for The Cheese Shed: a smoked goats' cheese, the first one we've listed. You will love the texture, colour, and above all the taste of this oak-smoked version of Annette Lee's excellent Woolsery cheese. This cheese is vegetarian and pasteurised.
Naturally, we also have the un-smoked version, which you can find here, and do take a look at Annette's 'Parmsesan alternative', Capriano.
