Cheese of the Goat
Goats milk cheese gets ever more popular and we've got some beauties - 'mould ripened', like Gevrik, Capricorn and White Nancy, through ash-covered (and, frankly, funny-shaped) ones like Dorstone and the Cerney Pyramid, to the harder cheeses.
Quickes make an almost cheddary version, and Dave Johnson has his own hard trio - Norsworthy, Gunstone and the flavoured Posbury. And at the other end of the scale there's the super soft, represented by melt-in-the-mouth Oakdown, from our near neighbour Max Pilar.

We are now (2pm, 22nd December) closed for Christmas orders. You can still order but the earliest we could deliver would be Tuesday 30th Dec, stocks allowing.
