Nothing against Stilton. Like a bit of Stilton. But! Why not explore some of the wonderful alternative blues we have here?
Traditional blue comes in the form of Blue Vinney from Dorset. Among the newer cheeses, Robin Congdon's great trio includes Devon's answer to Roquefort (though obviously much better): Beenleigh Blue.
Then there's goats' milk blues, organic blues, a veritable feast of blue, in fact ... and the 'S' word is nowhere to be seen!
