There aren't too many handmade cheeses with added cream in the UK, but this may be one of the best. Similar to a Vignotte, it has a surprisingly light texture and delicate flavour if eaten young (2-3 weeks). Alternatively, if matured for 4-6 weeks it becomes more rich and full bodied. Like Rustic, this is made on the Sharpham estate in South Devon. It comes as a beautiful small cheese of about 800g, and is beautifully pacakaged with the Sharpham label (see photo).
