We were looking for some extra special biscuits to eat with cheese. They had to be scrumptious. And avaliable in a range of different flavours. And we wanted them to look good - cheese has great visual qualities and we thought our ideal biscuit would be a winner in terms of colour and texture. They needed to be robust enough to get to you in one piece, and (finally) reasonable enough not to break the bank.
We've found them! Shopshire Fine Herbs make these delicious oatmeal biscuits using organic flour and oatmeal, and their own home-grown herbs. We're delighted to be able to offer them to you. The boxes are 150g, and there are seven different flavours:

Lavender - for soft goats' cheeses
Rosemary - for blue cheeses
Garlic Chive & Parsley - for strong cheddary cheeses
Lovage - for soft creamy cheeses
