This small (250g) goats' milk log is made by Charlie Westhead of Neals Yard Creamery. Originally connected to the famous Covent Garden cheese shop, the two separated some years ago and Charlie now has his base in Herefordshire. The delightful Ragstone is a mould-ripened cheese – which means it has the wrinkled white rind you'd find on a Brie.
