Burgh Island
As pictured above, the base is the very special Miss Muffet: Sue Proudfoot's springy-but-sweet delight made near Bude. There's also an alternative base (just make your choice in the drop-down menu), perhaps the worlds prettiest cheddar Cornish Smuggler (also from Sue).
Sitting on top of the base is Partridge Blue, a creamy and quite strong blue from Exmoor.
Then comes a Somerset Camembert. Two contrasting goat's cheeses top it off: Woolsery (tangy, firm) and a tiny Gevrik goats' cheese (soft, sweet).
Do be inspired by Annie's wonderful decorative scheme, but don't forget that what we're supplying is only the cheese. So you'll need to find a creative person to take on the decorating duties.
