Perry's Somerset Redstreak
This single-variety cider from Perrys uses only Redstreak apples grown in their Knowle St Giles Orchard. This apple produces a wonderfully refreshing and crisp medium cider, with a full apple taste and lingering finish. The cider is lightly sparkling to lift the full apple flavour and aroma.
Say Perry's: "Our single variety ciders are all about producing great ciders which we feel fully reflect the unique flavour and qualities of the apple itself. As with all our ciders we take full control from bud to bottle, selecting all our apples from our own orchards or local Somerset growers. The apples are traditionally pressed and fermented naturally using their own wild yeasts before being bottled young to capture the full fruit flavour”
