Stag's Water Biscuits
For some time we've been looking for something to replace the rather run-of-the-mill water biscuits that seemed to be around. But we never found quite the right thing. Then my friend Derek sent me a packet of Stag's Water Biscuits for Christmas. Bingo: biscuit revelation!
Stag's Bakery is based on the Isle of Lewis, and the business's history there dates back to 1885. This lovely biscuit is available in various flavours, from which we've chosen the 'original' (i.e plain), Rosemary, Sea Salt & Black Pepper and Cajun versions.
