Jean Bousquet had generations of family winemaking behind him when he set off to find the 'optimum' vineyard and found it in Mendoza, Argentina. The undeniable quality of the wines speaks volumes about the site and his own skills.
We're offering two of his organic red wines:
Jean Bousquet 2007 Malbec
“Sweet, ripe red fruits on the nose follow through onto the palate with an appealing waft of peppery spice behind’. Fun” – according to the Sommelier’s Wine Awards 2008. This wine also won Gold Medal in the International Wine Challenge 2009.
Jean Bousquet Fortified Wine (Malbec Dulce Natural 2006/7)
