To put it another way: any cheese made from cows' milk that isn't soft, cheddar or blue!
Love the variety here: we've got hard farmhouse cheeses (cheddar alternatives?) like Menallack and Devon Oke, flavoured cheeses (Meldon, Wedmore), 'territorial' classics (Smarts Double Gloucester, Westcombe Red, Duckett's Caerphilly), the unique Sharpham Rustic, and several distinctive, pungent washed-rind cheeses (Tornegus, Keltic Gold).
Never tried Wild Garlic Yarg, Single Gloucester, or Morn Dew? There's no longer any excuse ...
