We're gradually adding more of the cheeses made by Rachel Stephens of Stockbeare. Rachel is best known for Curworthy and Devon Oke, but makes a number of other cheeses. Meldon, which features the addition of English mustard and Ale, comes yellow-waxed.

Note to younger cheese enthusiasts: this is not the Rachel Stephens who was in popular crooning sensation S Club 7!
