Over 100 Great Cheeses

Hopefully we've made it easy to buy cheese online.  But we're not interested in any old cheese. Our mission is to scour the Westcountry looking for small dairies and their great products.  So far we've found over 100, and we're still touring around looking for new things.

A new idea: we're introducing a changing monthly cheese selection, and this  box for August is the second in the series. Every month the contents will change so that the spotlight falls on a new set of cheeses. 

Two New Recipes

As a child broad beans were second only to sprouts as my food nightmare.  Now a convert, I feel I have to promote them at every opportunity (plus they're in season right now).  So here are two great recipes to try: linguine with cherry tomatoes, broad beans and White Nancy, and a nice salad with radishes, broad beans and Sharpham Rustic.
