A fabulous cheese! In its distinctive purple wax, Godminster Organic Cheddar is a powerful cheese with a real edge to it - wow! Made near Bruton in Somerset, this may be a relative newcomer compared to the Keens and Montgomerys of this world, but it just shows the quality of some of the newer cheeses. Comes in several sizes.
