Cheese making began at Willett Farm near Taunton only about 15 years ago, but they now produce a great selection of cheeses with some excellent blues (Partridge's Blue is another one).
This is one of their most popular. Using rich Jersey cows' milk, Exmoor Blue is a popular, moist but firm-textured blue cheese.
