Two creamy white goats' cheeses at the top here: the dinky Capricorn and one of our great favourites, White Nancy.
Then – as a real contrast - there's Exmoor Jersey Blue.
Instead of a regular cheddar, here, for a slight twist, we've used Quickes oak smoked cheddar. Equally, we could easily use un-smoked, so just email us after placing your order if this is what you'd prefer.
Nudging 6kg, this would suit 50-60.
