Cornish Garland

This began life as Devon Garland, before it migrated west across the Tamar. Herb-flavoured cheeses are traditional in the West Country: this one is rich and creamy with a delicate flavour of spring onions, oregano and thyme. While you're here, have a look at Cornish Tiskey, which is a differently-flavoured variation on the same cheese.

These 'baby' truckles are extremely cute (have a look at the photos of Cornish Tiskey, which is the same size).   Just note however, that the weight given - 900g - is approximate.  It could be a bit more or a bit less - this is a hand-made cheese, after all.
