A rich, creamy texture and mild blue taste characterise this Buffalo's milk cheese - another of the blues made by Ian Arnett's Exmoor Blue Cheese Company (see also Exmoor Jersey Blue and Partridge Blue). The Blissful Buffalo herd itself lives across the border - near Holsworthy in North Devon.
